Argh... OK... let's try this again. The first time I uploaded this DA was being stupid...This was put together for someone in the forums who was curious how to do a reflection from just a base image and using PSP filters and stuff. I thought I would have a go at it myself and it was kinda cool so I will post it here and hopefully it will be useful.
Thanks to Patrick at Epilogue for inspiring me with the Motion Blur technique. The rest... just whatever occured to me at the time! NOTE: this image is not my own... just a random photo of a mountain I found on my hard drive. It is being used for the purposes of demonstration only.
2nd NOTE: This tute assumes you have PSP8. You can probably do all this stuff in earlier versions (7 for sure) but the various commands are not necessarily in the same menus.
