Ghostfreak Static — Description

Ghostfreak is perhaps my favorite of all time. I love spooky and creepy characters so much. I think Ben doesn't use him enough in the series, but his Zs'Skayr arc in Classic is so great.
For his design, I tried a many things with chains before realizing that I preferred him without them. He's more skeletal, with his cloth clinging to his bones and revealing his claws. I also made his negative form when he's unintelligible and I love it!
