Another Escape — Description

A fire escape on a older apartment building
that looked like, from the outside anyways,
that only the left side of the building was
in use and the other side was more worn.

I live in Metro Detroit. A drive downtown only takes
a good 15 minutes on a good day and I love going
deep into the heart of the city and also exploring it's
alley's which are the spine of the city, flawed & twisted.
I find my home to be beautiful. Me and a friend walking
downtown, both women, didn't have a single problem.
Detroit isn't different OR more dangerous then any other
City, if you don't know the city like a local you aren't going
to see it for the beauty it really does hold. Be afraid of what
you don't know and judge something you don't know like
everyone else. Yes, we have our problems but show me
a City today that doesn't have their share of problems.
