Description
This is a picture of a snake at Tilgate Nature Centre in Crawley, West Sussex. I believe that this snake is a python of some sorts. I really should take notes...
I love its scales and that piercing eye staring back at me.

Despite the reflection on the glass on the left of the photo, I'm actually quite pleased with this shot. I was tempted to zoom into the head a bit more, but decided against it.
Thanks for the thought. ?type=e ":)")

I think having the rest of the snake for contrast makes the beauty of the head stand out even more. But the entire snake,.. He really is a beauty!

Heh. Thankfully the glass was my protector.

Not sure he was that big. I didn't really see him stretched out, but I'd be surprised if he was longer than two metres. Might have been a juvenile.
Sorry if I'm not that helpful in my vagueness.

One of my ex-coworker's python Miss Zoe was 2 metres for 5 kg. But since I'm not a reptile specialist, I don't know what this one could be, sorry
