The eldest Shovenski sister. Despite being smaller than her sister, Feather is not only more experienced but is also very skilled in magic, though tends not to use it unless she has to. She's a 30-year-old Newman ARKS operative helping patrol the galaxy from universal threats. Unlike most operatives, Feather has the unique ability to sense seemingly another universe other than our own that she can seemingly communicate with and even use to her advantage at the snap of a finger. While she does have access to magical abilities using the feathers in her hair thanks to her past life as a magic wielder, she'd rather just stick to wired lances or swords for combat and save the magic for downtime. She does not want to use her powers for the purpose of harming others, even if they're a villain.

While Feather can come off silly and cocky, with the power to prove it, she generally does mean well even if she has a hard time showing it. She dedicates most of her time babysitting her sister Saphira, whom she never leaves alone after the Dark Falz incident some odd years ago. (She doesn't like to talk about it.) She cares deeply for her family members, new and old, and will break her own rules to protect them if she has to.

One word of warning: She does not like to be tickled by anyone. Do so at your own peril. She only allows her sister and her sister only to tease and tickle her. Anyone else.... will most likely find themselves sent into orbit.
