Description
I did Bella and Edward, Illustrations to a vampire story - one other book-series I quite enjoyed reading were the Southern Vampire Novels (Dead until Dark, etc.)I don't particularly like Sookie, the "heroine" of the book, but that's how I imagine her. Bill and Eric are still to come.

true. I hope she doesn't become a vampire, (in book or show) it would be a sort of dead end for the story...

that and she would really be as lafayette called her "the angel of death" she gets people killed just by being alive, and when she kills people herself she shows how dark she could be

You did a wonderful job on this! I especially like the coloring.

Ooooooooh, you got her uniform right! Finally!
I'm not really a fan of the TV show, but I LOVE the books to death, and when I saw Sookie's TB uniform it just bugged me to no end. I know the green matches the logo (where exactly does it say that the logo of Merlotte's Bar is green anyway? It might just be me, but I don't think it's ever mentioned), but it's supposed to be black and white. Where did they get the green from?
The little drawing of Sookie in her pajamas is just too cute, by the way, and matches her style and habits perfectly. She does say she tends to wear slightly childish things when she goes to bed, especially in the first few books of the series (or at least that's the impression I'm getting... the more she becomes involved with vampires, the more she drops the habit) so thumbs up for all that pink! It would be even nicer if she were wearing her nightdress, or T-shirt, or whatever it was, with Tweety on it. It's mentioned at least once and I've always found it funny and kind of cute.
Yes, I love details. I'm very nitpicky when I want to.

look, in the book it actually says she has blond hair, and the more vamp blood she drinks the more light blond it gets. mine is too orange fair enough, but she has blond hair, wihether its more in the straw-blond, or yellow. i am curious where u got that info?

Hi! Umm I have heard that she has a "dark blonde hair, almost a brown" i was on a twitter site and alot of people were saying that. And yes that picture is the one im tlaking about!
sookie

I heard sookies hair was brown
what is sookies favorite color??
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
ehm... I'm not sure about her favourite colour, but this picture is based on the books and it specifically says that her hair is blond there.
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
Oh. Ive heard that Charline harris puts it is blonde in the book but it is SUPPOSED to be carlem colored. almost brown. ive read that on the hbo site as well...
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
ok... but as charline is the author, and it actually says blonde in the book, what are we talking about here? i mean... if she wrote blonde, then thats it.. there is no other medium. andx in the series she is also blonde. what other version is there then? the way charline imagined her in her head? but then why would she put her down as blonde if she doesn't imagine her to be? sth is at odds here...
anyway. this picture = based on description in the books. ergo = she's blonde.

what is sookies favorite color??
👍: 0 ⏩: 0
in the film yes... where does it say so in the book?
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
I do not know. But she would look cuter with blue eyes!! ^^
👍: 0 ⏩: 0
About Sookie's body type, I wouldn't say anything except that I specifically noticed this about Sookie. She seems to be athletic with pretty normal sized breasts. I'd call them small if anything. Great drawing, very vivid.

I'm pretty sure in the book it says that she has big brests (sth about that being her good feature or sth)... they're not massive, but ok. Bear in mind, this is based on the book, not the series.

Don't forget I said it's a great drawing!
