well i never had an eating disorder... but i feel like i ate emotionally.. alot... but getting a divorce has freed me alot! and i can now eat better and have lost 32 kgs! so far.. i feel better than ever... just need to tone up more! then i will be happier!!

thats the plan! i try not to look at my body in the mirror.. i dance nude and see how i feel.. and its usually silly and good so i run with that for the day!
