No matter how broken I feel,I still refuse to let the tears fall.
Instead I push it deep inside,
This bottle that lies,
Inside my soul,
Inside my heart,
Inside myself.
I fill it to the brim,
Until it overflows,
And emotions pour out-
Niagra Falls.
Every few years,
That bottle,
B R E A K S
And emotions flow out-
A tidal wave.
It washes me away,
And leaves me terrified,
Cold,
Numb,
Broken.
Yet, no matter how broken I am,
I will never let those tears fall.
