Hair Tutorial — Description
So I was originally going to post this yesterday but then my power went out because they were replacing a transformer sooo here it is today. I hope you guys like it and it helps you! This is more about how I color hair rather than actually forming it. There are a couple of typos and I'm sorry I didn't catch them sooner, but hopefully it still makes sense despite that XD
