Ok, let's go with things that look a little awkward to me. First off, the belt... ok, if you wanted to keep that slanted onto the left side, then I understand. If you didn't, then I recommend you to try putting it in the middle of the pants. (Ex. make left part of belt smaller and right side a LITTLE bit longer)
Her right leg looks longer than her left currently seeing how she is posed (length-wise; I measure 'em out). Maybe it would be better to make it a little less longer? Also, her left knee seems to be sticking out excessively.
Also, the pose itself is nearly impossible to re-enact in human-anatomy, because that requires your foot being twisted forward the camera by force. I think it would be better if the legs themselves were in the side as well. Or maybe you could make her indirectly facing forward, which might be easier to make.
Right ear could use an earhole, but I guess you kept it that way on purpose.

Now, for my praises, this was still beautifully done! The hand was redrawn well, the shirt looks great, and I'm overall jealous of how the character was made (nice idea, :iconxxtheangelwolfxx:. o_o).
