Can't decide if this is a work in progress or not.. I'm hesistant to add a background to it, maybe I'll draw a new picture and make it creepier.Anyway, this lovely chap is the Grimmwald Mad Hatter.
He's a bat-shit assassin for madness inducing looney monsters.
He was human at one point, a rogue that ventured into the weird and didn't make it back out, there's more story to it (including why his arms and legs are elongated, why he's dripping icor all down his face, and why his hat has eyes) but they're comming up in a story I'm working on, and I don't want to give it all away.
Was looking at alot of Hellsing stuff when I drew this, and reading H.P. Lovecraft.
