I created this image using the 'Free' program Gimp for the 'Water Works'...[link] mini challenge contest sponsored by ...
Resources Used:
Many gimp effects were used to create this image. I also used many references to help me to create the scuba-diver within this image.
I enjoy using the 'Posterize' effect provided with Gimp to help create many of the different gradient color effects that can be seen in the background.

This image is 100% Gimp created image, with only the noted resources used.
