Background/Personality: Sini originally came from the waterbending tribe to the North. As an energetic and joyful child, Sini had idolized her mother. Sini's mother, Komai, was a graceful woman, renowned as a skilled Water Dancer. Komai had died young leaving Sini (13) with her father and younger brother, Haita (7). And although it was claimed to be an accident, Sini had always believed that something was kept hidden about the whole affair. There had been a few men that had their eye on Komai prior to her engagement, and when Sini had reached of marrying age the same was true for her. As is custom among the Northern Tribe, Sini was arranged to be married to a man, without having any say in the matter. Her mother was fortunate enough to marry a gentle man, but the groom arranged for Sini, Ahti, was an arrogant and malevolent man. The way he had looked at her had sent chills down her spine, and when the betrothal was announced, Sini had defied it with every part of her being. She never understood why this man was chosen for her, but her father didn't seem to make much sense after their mother had passed away, and after a violent encounter with her "fiancee", she didn't care. At the soonest possible moment, she had stowed away onto a ship headed for the mainlands, traveling from city to city before settling in Jingdou. Her profession... Water Dancing (as well as waitressing) at Yǔshuǐ, a somewhat decent bar in the one of the lower districts of Jingdou. Well liked among the regulars, they have been known to "take care" of lowlifes who make unwanted advances towards their "Shuìlián". Although she is still a kind and generous girl, Sini has developed a general distrust of men, and doesn't talk about her personal life. She is a mediocre cook, meaning "edible"... her rented room above the Yǔshuǐ is cluttered... and she enjoys weaving in her spare time. Though calm and collect, getting on her bad side is definitely not recommended.
