on the edge of a turbulent nebula,the newly refitted SS Enterprise,'prepares to once again 'boldly go'....a 're-do' of an image I did a few years ago...
I actually think it illustrates David Metlesits, amazing modelling skills rather than my abilities..
...though looking at how well it's come out (IMHO) I may have to 'revisit a few other older pieces as time allows..

I guess I'm in a minority. While I like your render and David's modeling skills, I just don't care for this design. There's supposed to be 100 years between Archer and Kirk and in my view, this pushes things too close to Kirk's era. Never having made it to film, this ends up being non-cannon and I for one am glad.

Yes, definitely like your work and the quality of the model.
It's just that I had high hopes for "Enterprise" when it premiered and I was very disappointed with all the things that were- to me anyway- wrong.
