Dalek Sec — Description

Except for Sec, all the members of The Cult of Skaro are pretty much as unimaginative and "stupid" as normal Daleks.

And since I made the Dalek Emperor like "that", Sec ended up being the poor intermediate supervisor who is stuck between idiots.
