head study 01 — Description
I had actually gotten the idea to do head studies from an artist named FUNKYMONKEY1945 [link]
and i spent about an hour and a half from this. to keep myself from not having fun i went into this with the intent at stopping whenever i got tired of it. and it turns out that happened an hour and 45 minutes in. but during that time i made sure to think about planes, light sources, and just a little light blending to remind myself of how it's done because ever since this session [link] i have never blended anything of comparable quality since and that only took 2 and a half hours.
btw this is on 1 layer cuz i'm a stupidly lazy masochist

well time to get back at it. next upload will be a small sketch dump. just gotta get around to scanning...
