Bio: Viola was born to a family of freedom fighters in the Province of the Clear Waters, and from as early as 6 years old, she knew how ugly her world was.
Now an orphan of her mother, she dedicated her life to fighting for the secret rebel cell against the Magic Union in her province, known as "The Resistance." Her resilience, excellence, and loyalty have earned her a rapid promotion through the Resistance's ranks until she became a commander. During these years, she led many ops for the Resistance with a nonchalant style that often placed her soldiers at risk yet always managed to pull them off in the end. Those who served under her respected her leadership and loyalty despite the occasional "fear of the unknown," which made her one of the few people to be fully trusted by the Resistance's leader—The General.
All of this was done hidden in plain sight. To the wide eyes of the Union, she was just another public worker, working an average job and living an unsuspecting life. On one such day, she was coming back from work when she noticed a group of strangers effortlessly defeat a duo of community patrollers. She knew they'd be in trouble and decided to take them in; that's when she learned of the stories of David, Merlin, and Emilia—who desperately pleaded for help.
At first, she was skeptical, yet it quickly faded away when she realized they were not lying about who and what they were. Decided, she chose to help them in their fight because she felt it was the right thing to do, but now, she's part of the Heroes' Group, accompanying David and friends on an adventure that is certainly bigger than any mission she took before, with the earrings she received from her leader being a reminder of how big her importance is.
