NOW OWNS!based off sailfish, blobfish, submarines, and boats. i went a bit different with this one, made it sort of ugly, something i would not like normally. let me know what you think, positive or negative.
these pokemon live far out at sea, the first is normally only found underwater, sometimes at deep levels, but the evolution is normally seen near the surface, jumping and basking in the sunlight. they can reach incredible speeds while swimming and use their massive horns and teeth to attack!
they are water type
the first evolves into the second at level 36
