Lucy .:REF:. — Description

EDIT: I changed her condition to “double shiny”, it’s based off of the double Merle cots on puppies born from Merle X Merle parents in dogs. She is the result of both her parents being shiny, her mom is a shiny Leafeon, and her dad is a shiny Jolteon. This is just my FC. In this universe pokemon can know up to six moves instead of four, evolution made them much smarter so it should be easy for them to learn more moves than they used to. Maybe I’ll go more into the lore later if anyone is ever interested. I already have been rambling to friends about it in private lmao.
I thought it was about time I gave Lucy a new, updated ref. Nothing really changed too much, just toned down her ring color, gave her long hair in her anthro form, and gave her glasses.
I made her almost 6 years ago, and I still love her a lot, she needs more love honestly. ;0;
