Pedophilia is pedophilia, no matter what form it's in. Additionally, no background age numbers or original species info changes that. The fact they're a dragon and unicorn drawn as humans doesn't change things. In fact, it makes it look worse.
If what is in front of you is clearly supposed to visually represent a child and adult in some kind of romantic situation or relationship, it's pedophilia.Β
