What sort of business ventures would you say the Cons and the Bots have other than the ones mentioned in your story? I know Iacon would certainly be involved in many humanitarian and philanthropic activities. It's just who they are.
Also, I'm fairly certain the Cons played apart in the chaos that emerged during the initial emergence of Quirks. That's how they operate. They instigate geopolitical and socioeconomic incidents for their own benefit. Or they'll escalate ones that already exist.

I can already guess what some of the Quirks G.I. Joe has. Hawk obviously has superhuman eyesight, like his namesake. Roadblock's has something to do with heavy weapons. Doc's has something to do with healing. Dial Tone and Breaker's has something to do with signal boosting or communications. Clutch's has something to do with machines.
