I guess I can call it an evolved raptor? lol. I really had no idea what to call it asides from raptor because that's where the idea came from. Again..not background...why? Cause I suck at them. Buahaha. Anywhoo, enjoy.On a side note: This drawing probably doesn't have so much of an anthro feel, but it was created with human like intelligence in my head, and so it was placed here.

Bah... IMO his eye is too low. Looks strange, I dunno. You should've outlined this. Would've looked better IMO. If not, lemme give a shot at it? I can't gaurantee anything GOOD but maybe something crappy xD Nice though, love the horns.

You IMO too much lol. For one...you can't complain his eye is too low, he's fictional! I don't have to abide by anything lol. And no, he wouldn't have looked better, because I have both versions. He was originally outlined, and then colored via the outline. He looks better this way...thus why this one is submitted and not the other :3
