An explanation of sorts for this: [link] mentioned that he probably used the growth formula from 'The Incredible Bulk' episode on himself, and that's what caused it. I think she's probably right.
Spike is busy cowering under a table after witnessing that, so Reggie'll haveto get his own damn tissues. I woulda had him just call Buddy over but... well that would lead to another comic that would get me banned from DA.
