interesting concept...I'm sure they'll pass laws requiring anything like this must make visible noises and have flashing lights...and then a whole underground economy for disabling those features will appear (fact: in Japan and South Korea, ALL cameras must make an audible noise when a picture is taken, due to the use of cell-cameras and mini-cameras for trying to take upskirt pictures)
