Dreamy Look Tutorial — Description
I've been feeling a bit un-inspired lately in terms of new photomanips, so I thought "Hey, why not do a Photoshop tutorial on that dreamy look you can get?"

THIS is the result of that idea

A Note On The Tutorial

The tutorial was done in Photoshop CS, but I'm very sure that it can be attempted in older/newer versions of Photoshop (The layout of some things will be different, however).

Also, please keep in mind that you're not just limited to these steps. This tutorial is meant to only be a starting point, from which you can most certainly build on if you wish. You're definitely encouraged to add your own twist to this
