Rotf: Hightower v2 — Description
There were a few things about the old design [link] that just didn't work for me, so I just had to fix it.

Hightower has never been much of a team player. Because of this, it should come as no surprise that his fellow Constructicons would rip him apart to repair Megatron without so much as batting an optic. Barely clinging to life, he was dragged to the surface, and under the supervision of Decepticon medic Scalpel, engaged an emergency trans-scan, merging what remained of his body with a human construction vehicle. In this makeshift body Hightower cannot transform without experiencing intense pain, becoming both a hinderance in battle, and as a component of the Constructicon's combined form of Devastator.

Not featured in the movie, and barely featured in the toyline
(one measly little legends scale figure of nonspecific build [link] )
