Personality:
Jodie is an eccentric girl, who often associates herself with people willing to endeavor on adventures with her. She doesn’t have a great hold on her life and her family life back home doesn’t give her a very strong foundation for her personality. Her desire for danger is associated with her addiction to adrenaline and how distracting it is to the realism in her life. However, this often leads to a lack of thought with her actions. It’s not that she is an unintelligent girl, but that she forgets to think, and later, does not care.
She is what one may call a kleptomaniac, though it began as a coping method to grasp her father’s attention. Soon, she began to simply enjoy taking things and seeing how far she could get with them. If the person she took them from didn’t notice, then perhaps it wasn’t as important as she initially thought. Sometimes, she doesn’t notice when she’s taken something until she’s empty her pockets at the end of the day.
Her compulsive actions do not create her inner character. Although she often steals and does things that would be considered “stupid” or irrational, she understands and knowingly practices the concept of kindness and compassion, especially towards her comrades. She will often risk more than necessary to protect her friends, particularly when she is responsible for their unfortunate circumstances.
Jodie doesn’t care what others think of her and isn’t afraid that she’ll stand out. She enjoys bringing out the fun in people and is willing to “work with” others to see them smile. Once she finds a person she seems to enjoy, often she’ll stick to them regardless of if they want her to. Though she most likely won’t find you appealing if you’re easily deceived by her as it “takes away from the fun”.

History:
Jodie’s family is very wealthy, to say the least. She had lived in Loughborough, England all her life and not once have they left. Her mother, who had previously gone to Hogwarts many years ago, had fallen in love with a hardworking businessman. It took little time for him to climb the ladder and become the CEO of a smaller, sub-company to the one he had initially worked for. Jodie’s mother works as a Healer at the local Wizarding hospital and comes back to live in the Muggle world with her family in support of her husband’s work and lifestyle.
Despite Mr. Alcatross’ acceptance of magic and the like, he had never quite enjoyed it’s usage. Jodie’s mother often tells her stories of “better times” and how she would often use magic to impress her father. Upon the discovery of Jodie’s abilities, her mother was ecstatic. However her father wasn’t particularly excited and ignored the fact, allowing his daughter no excuses for its usage and “abuse”. As her mother attended work more frequently and with more abstract hours, she was rarely seen, and Jodie’s family support disappeared quite quickly. She was forced to stay in the Muggle world with her father and his side of the family, who were not to know of their powers. Her mother’s side remained in the Wizarding world and out of sight from any Muggles. Eventually, Jodie’s father ignored her completely, pushing himself into his work. As a child, Jodie got whatever she wanted whenever she asked for it. So whining or complaining to her father had no effect but to hand her more possessions. Soon, she began to steal things and get into trouble, finding that it gave her much more than any attention she wanted.
Things escalated until her attention seeking methods became a way of life for her and she has only gotten worse since.
