The One Who Ran... — Description

as the vessel looks around he still is in a state of confusion and wonder for the place he was it was a beautiful land filled with nature and tranquility.
he sit down near a tree and starting to look at his hands once again.
???: okay focus... i need to remember the last thing before waking up like... this!
he closes his eyes for a moment.
???: okay i was walking down home after a terrible day, i felt sleepy, i was crossing the road and then... then... UGH! why is it so hard to remember... wait... what's that?
he then see's a figure in the distance walking away.
???: HEY WAIT UP!!!
He runs off trying to catch up the figure as he walks around he is astonished by the beauty of this place and gets distracted a bit.
???: wow this place is beautiful... wait i remember now this place is green hill from Sonic The Hedgehog
he stops and starts to look in confusion and in awe.
???: how is this possible? why am i here? is this a dream? but this feels so... real
he touches te grass and starts to look around for the figure while still looking around green hill surprise on how real this place feels and looks like.
???: wow the pixel art of the game doesn't do justice as how this place looks like it's so beauti-
he then stomps into something making a grotesque sound as he looks down he notices a dead bird where he accidentally stomp on leaving his shoe with blood and remains of his organs, he stops dead on he's tracks in shock and terrified by the scene.
???: w-what the hell?!
he steps back and starts covering his mouth holding the urge to puke and still in disbelief on what he had found.
???: t-this can't be real, this can't be happening
he then notices a path of corpses of tiny animals and destroyed badniks around, he is shocked at the sight of this scene and starts to panic.
???: NO,NO,NO,NO,NO,NO,NO,NO!!!
he's starts running away from the scene with heavy breathing and with tears in his eyes and finding more and more bodies both animals and even some humans... he then stops at the sight of the figure of... Sonic?
???: w-what?
he gets closer as the screens starts to glitch out while extending his hand to touch Sonic he then turns around and looks at the vessel and then the screen turns black and text appear.
"Welcome Buddy... Do You Want To Play With Me?"
the vessel wakes up in a dead forest filled with ashes and fire, the air feels heavier the smokes makes everything harder to see, he starts moving with fear and unease around the area.
???: What is this place? WHERE AM I?! WHAT'S HAPPENING?!
he starts walking around feeling watched as every steps feels heavier, with every corner feeling like being watched expected to make a bad move then it all stops and the screen goes black again.
"How About We Play Something Classic... Hide And Seek... What Do You Say?"
then the whole forest starts burning intensely and hands starts to chase the vessel as he runs away looking frantically for any exit nearby.
???: PLEASE, PLEASE THERE HAS TO BE SOME EXIT AROUND HERE!!!
as he runs faster we see a timer on top counting back from 10 slowly reaching 0 as the fire starts growing and screams become more and more louder and than it all stops as the vessel freezes in fear and confusion.
???: h-huh? what's going on?
"TIMES UP... READY OR NOT?... HERE I COME!!!"
we see how a twisted version of sonic chasing down the vessel slowly closing by as the vessel looks terrified and desperate to escape from him.
???: LEAVE ME ALONE YOU FREAK!!!
as that being starts getting closer and the music starts speeding up the vessel starts panicking not knowing what to do and stops as he gets near a cliff as he looks back the monster appears in front of him and with instinct the vessel punches him in the faces which the monster didn't like so he takes his hand and breaks his arm and trows him off the cliff...
the vessel wakes up barely able to standing with his arm broke and his vision blurry he tries to move foward trying to find any way out.
???: ugh! everything hurts... i can... barely move... i need to escape... i. need. to.
then just before his consciousness fades away he spots a giant floating ring in the distance and he knows it... this is his ticket out of this place as he limps towards the ring he than is grabbed by the neck by the monster as he chokes the life out of him.
"You Know I Expected You To Died By The Fall But You Manage To Peak My Interesting... I Wish You Could Last Longer, But Oh Well Better Luck Next Time"
the vessel feels how the air is shorting and his consciousness fades faster and starts panicking on what to do.
???: shit i can't move, i can't breathe, it all hurts, what can i do? dammit i don't wanna die like this, I DON'T WANNA DIE!!! WHAT SHOULD I DO?! I CAN'T DIE BY A MONSTER LOOKING LIKE SONIC!!!
he feels as he slowly is fading away but then he realizes something...
???: wait a minute, i am sonic... AND I CAN FIGHT BACK!!!
with all his remaining strength he kicks the monster in the face making him drop vessel and he uses spin dash into the monsters head crushing his whole head off until nothing but a headless corpse is left, the vessel then stops and stumbles back looking in shock and disbelief the scene he holds his broken arm and see's what remains of that sonic look-a-like.
???: i-i did it... hahaha... HAHAHAHAHA! I DID IT, I KILL HIM, HAHAHAHA!!! TAKE THAT YOU FREAK!!!
he starts to limping towards the ring while laughing in hysteria for what he had done as he slowly falls unconisuous into the ring teleporting him into the unknown and disappearing from the scene, then we see how the monsters blood dripping on the floor is suck back as the head of the monster is completely regenerated like nothing happend, he than stands up and looks in the distance.
"WELL... I WASN'T EXPECTING THAT... THAT PERSON HAD MADE THINGS MORE... INTERESTING FOR ME..."
he then looks behind him with a big smile on his face and text appears
"DON'T YOU AGREE?"
then the screen turns black as a maniac laugh can be heard off.
