Abnormalities

* Detached Wings from arms = uncommon
* Split Tipped Tail = uncommon
* Forked tongue = uncommon
* Extended teeth (medium) = uncommon
* Extended teeth (long) = rare
* Long tail = rare
* Long body = rare
* Long neck = rare
* Multiple eyes = rare
* Multiple limbs (arms, legs, tails, wings) = VERY RARE
* Luminosity = LEGENDARY

Mutations: Mutations happen to the abnormalities on exceptionally rare occasions. There is no documented evidence that the mutations are limited to any kind of degree. The same mutation can happen on two different Pudgers but have extremely different results. Due to this, it cannot be determined beforehand how rare or unique a mutation will be.
