to EXPORT STL from BLEND, open BLEND file in BLENDER. then, File --> Export --> STL.
make sure 'Selection Only' and 'Apply Modifiers' are the only boxes checked.

i decided to update the original i posted 5 years ago to my current standards.
there are many variations posted on the internet, few giving credit to the developer for creating it or myself for reverse-engineering it.
in fact most (if not all) restored, posed model rips littering the internet fail to give credit where credit is due.
some might have a slightly bent arm/leg, or a tilted head while others add a base or split the model up into parts and pretend they created it themselves.
a few unscrupulous parasites will even go as far as trying to sell intellectual property as their own.

all of the 150 posed model rips i have restored in the last 6 years were provided for FREE.
after wasting thousands of hours, i have made $0 from this hobby which i single-handedly created from the ground up.
if you were duped into paying for any of the models i originally restored, or any shady, butchered variants, i apologize.
i simply can't control everything that's posted on the internet.
if you want the highest quality that's closest to canon, download my BLENDs or STLs either here or on thingiverse (which is garbage btw) for FREE.

NOTABLE EDITS:

- replaced hard creases with bevels
- simplified and optimized entire mesh
- appended new eyebrows from the original rip for higher accuracy (old ones are still there if you want them)
- renamed parts for better clarity
- added bevels to boots and gloves
- fixed clipping around arms and neck
- slightly loosened the shirt under his arms for better flow
- articulated right index finger for better clipping through left glove
