A fusion between Cheese Sandwich and Pinkie Pie.
As it is a fusion between man and woman, it is not called "he" or "she", but "they".
The one that predominates more in the fusion is Pinkie, for that reason they are more similar to Pinkie as much in clothes as in appearance.
They Cutie Mark is a cheesecake, the cheese comes from Cheese Sandwich (surprise!), and Pinkie Pie strawberries.
Because they aren't perfect fusion, they hair doesn't have a single color, if not a bit of both.
