Smile... — Description

I've been trying to find my way out of an abandoned warehouse I recently got trapped in. While walking past a ceiling vent, I looked up, and saw that...thing staring back down at me... I'm not sure what it is.. It never attacked me-just eerily stared down at me-with an unnerving smile.
