Operation Raccoon City fanart - Lupo

Last year I started a fanwork of my favorite character in the RE spinoff game, Operation Raccoon City. For this subject, I wanted to try photobashing different elements together and then paint over to bring everything together cohesively while redesigning the character's outfit. After I finished it, I determined it wasn't up to my standards and put it aside. I figured I would revisit it again later and try again.

Fast forward to 2014, and I end up downloading one of Anthony Jones' tutorials on Gumroad, called "Costume Design for Film". After watching it, I thought I would give the Super Soldier piece I did back in 2013 another try, but this time with what I learned. After redoing the piece, I left it alone for a few more months to see if there was anything I could add to it or fix. Some elements didnt feel cohesive enough due to the values and tones. But I did my best to get everything up to par and decided to call it done before the year is out, so here it is! I hope you like it.
