Snallygaster — Description
Its serpent body slices through the air above, shooting through it like a bullet. Its great wings flap as it soars, its many tendrils blowing in the breeze. To those below, they see its form soaring through the clouds, its metal beak letting out a train-like whistle. Sharp teeth. Razor claws. Gripping tendrils. It flies over the towns and cities, reminding us of its horrible presence. We may never forget that echoing call, that rings through the air. "BALANCE THE BUDGET!" It shrieks from high above. "BALANCE THE BUDGET!" God save us all....

Just had to draw a Snallygaster, because it is such an odd creature. If I hadn't already cemented in the design for Reknir, I probably would have replaced him with a Snallygaster. Just another oddity. Might try to fit this in the world. But not quite sure yet. It has to yell that though, I ain't giving that up.
