Pishtaco — Description
Those who walk alone at night should be wary of voices that come from the dark. While it is obvious to people that guttural sounds and strange hisses are noises to be feared and avoided, many do not think twice when they hear a frightened voice calling for help. The sounds of a man or woman begging for help will bring many running, as they dare not ignore someone in distress. Unfortunately, such compassion becomes their downfall. When they come to the speaker's aid, the being in shadow will rise up to greet them. Arms will appear from where they shouldn't, the neck will stretch to sickening proportions and the familiar silhouette will become something obscene and monstrous. In a flash, the helper will be seized in its grip, and its razored claws will go to work. Their skin will be sliced and opened as the creature seeks out its favorite food. Targeting the fattiest parts of the victim, it will extend its vile proboscis and plunge it into the prepared openings. In will pump a venom that liquefies fat and the creature will greedily slurp up the resulting soup. As it feasts on its struggling victim, the stolen fat will fill the sacs that cover its body, storing every scrap and drop it can. It will not stop until it has consumed every pocket of condensed fat it can find, leaving only when the food becomes too meager and scattered to put in the effort. Now engorged, it will lurch off into the darkness, fleeing to its layer so it may digest. The victims are left bleeding and suffering in the night, begging for someone ignorantly compassionate as they were to come and help them.

This creature comes from a suggestion Xhodocto385 made, looking to see the Andean fat-stealing boogieman being given the look of some menacing mosquito monster. Hope you like it!
