Making a Blasfiend — Description
Part of the process of making a Blasfiend is essentially torturing the victim, with the help of piercings, barbed chains and mutilation. At this point, the spike-filled helmet has already been locked onto the victim's head and their rib cage has been cut open. This torture will go on for days, to ensure that the being is sufficiently maddened and broken. They will later be crucified and have their heart removed, but not before the victim has been allowed to hang on the chains for a few days.
