Stolas - First Concept — Description

Stolas, Lord of Cosmic Skies, Watcher of the Eve, Follower of Lucifer...he had many names, many accolades, yet all the same, he was the infernal bird, the terrible raven that brought answers to the stars to those curious few that spoke his name and called upon his help. Of many demons, you might think him clever, a beast a gentle words as he tries to ward away conflict, perhaps even a cowards, though he is not one to be toyed with, to be coddled and misled.

After The Fall, he was granted dominion of Cosmic, a realm of stars where Earth's heavenly body could be observed from the Place Below, Infernal, as Hell would now be called, and it was from this plane that he made his predictions, his voiced concerns intrepid counsel to the demons and rulers that welcomed it. Despite his high status, his titles, his responsibilities, however....he was much more attracted to the idea of simply curling up with a lovely book, his favored plants...and read forever more.

....

But knowing his luck, things could hardly ever be that easy.

A glimpse of some of my work from Patreon for an all new project/comic I call "As Above, So Below". He is just one of many demon princes that reside within Infernal, along with such color beasts such as Asmodeus, Belphegor, and many others as Mitis takes their quest to return a human child to the realm of the living, the SurfaceWorld, as the beasts below tend to call it.

Anyway, this is just Stolas (without his usual get-up) so I could get a feel for his physique, coloration, and markings, things like that.

Hope you enjoyed!
