Umbreon — Description

Umbreon is definitely my favorite out of the eeveelutions. I especially love the red eyes, which aren't there in the shiny version but that one's awesome too because the rings are blue.

I tried something different than what I've been doing. I left the sketch in and painted over it instead of replacing it with lineart. I also used a brush I recently made because it mimics the rough look and blends well with a sketch.
