Rain Splash Animation Tutorial — Description
I learned this technic from murpy [link]

murpy aimed his tutorial at those who are already familiar with photoshop, at least that is how i understand it because I didn't get it from the first time. I decided to create a new tutorial which is aimed mostly on those who do not know much about photoshop yet, and those who just started to learn photoshop.

If you like this tutorial or if you learned something new out of this tutorial please +favorites it or +watch me, or at least +comments

PS: also visit murpy, +Watch him [link]

PS2: seems that permission from murpy was not anought, a guy from #help chatroom told me to post his permission as a screenshot so here you go --> [link]
