Lali loves water!eesh, that water was hard to render, in fact this tiny render took 2 days and it wasn't even half way through the first splash. So I had to cheat here. Not the best technical feat, but still fun
I might have a better one coming up today, the splash was simulated in Maya, but exported it at too high resolution.

Lali looks great with the additional droplets of water on her, and the image looks great all things considered. As usual I think you're attempting to make scenes we can all relate to but unintentionally pushing passed the scope of what's intended or possible with the software.

Yes, I recall being the same in regular grade school, but giving up because I wasn't being given enough to hold interest. Especially with both science, and history which as an adult I'm more interested in now more than ever.
I believe that's part of a larger problem - which is simply people not knowing how to keep others enthusiastic, or curiously energized to want more.....BUT, here I go on & on right? I'll just stop now.

I must agree that water and glass are the worst 3D.obj to render, except to have the Pixar's render farm at home...
