Thanks. No jokes: I have my Mojo back now, finally. My GF has noticed a complete shift in my attitude since I switched to comics. I was grumpy and depressed for almost half a year, even longer.
However 'shelving it' a bit too harsh of a word still, I still do stuff on mesh5, comics just have right of way now.

The part at the back is called willow spring and you can get it at DAZ I think. Its got a front court yard, surroundings etc. No detail on the inside of the building unfortunately.
