Description
Here's my shot at the ongoing "Space Out" challenge. A space theme + widescreen format means I couldn't resist participating in the challenge even though the competetion is looking tough already. My creation is a black sun which is perceivable only by its heat signature because it emits light in the infrared range that is not visible to the human eye. I tried to make the black sun appear extra fiery just like a regular sun but the biggest challenge was to make a dark object on dark space background work compositionwise. I hope you like the result.
Most of it was painted in Photoshop. The asteroids were rendered in Blender 2.8.
Good luck to everyone participating in this challenge! Thanks for stopping by.
