CoA Reehard Sorge collage — Description
It's referred to that name since the request from a user named ArkadiyChernovolos87 had approached me in designing a coat of arms for a Russian collage he currently study there. But no name or location are mentioned in this note, let alone a typical East European CoA.

Also, I have returned to making CoAs, after feeling interest that it's time to reboot my alternate history Imperial Machines entirely.
