Okay, so there aren't really ribbons in it, but the pattern in the background inspired the title.
This was made as a gift for my friend jaded_blue.
I digitally cleaned the original pencil art and manipulated it a bit, adding color with Corel.
Under mature content for her demurely posing in the nude.
