Answer:

Gro is the type of character that doesn't show much emotion.
She doesn't want to come off as weak in front of her people and wants others to see her as a capable leader.

Because of this Gro can come off as very stubborn and she doesn't give up easily.

She is also very loyal to her people, their traditions and way of living.
She has always been told that factory born Mudokons are a sad excuse for a mud.
So after years of hearing that it most be true right? Because of this Gro is very judgmental towards
factory muds thinking that they are just lazy for not knowing the “basics” of surviving in the wild.

Being ignorant is probably Gros biggest weakness. Only possessing a little knowledge or awareness of the world. Deep down she probably knows there is something she should know about the world around her, but she'd rather stay blind to the truth.
