..:Starlet Testarossa:.. — Description
Starlet Testarossa, second daughter of Precia Testarossa and younger sister of Alicia and therefore Fate's as well. She seems to have inherited her mothers madness.
It was thought she was killed in the same accident that killed her sister and father, but it wasn't so. She was saved and taken away by whoever rescued her. She never knew what happened to her mother or that 17 years later her mother cloned her sister. After many years she learned what became of her family and of Fates existence.
Because she's crazy, she had been locked away. All that time she spent plotting on how to get revenge on her "sister" Fate.
