..: I Offer Thee, Wishes Three :.. — Description
A personal piece done bit by bit for over two months. Figured I could finish it for my birthday as a present for myself.

For a longer time I have entertained a thought of a character of a mercenary soldier who travels the world with a genie companion. Most recently the character evolved into a NCR Tribal Veteran Ranger, who once upon a time came upon an ornate golden ring and kept it for himself to check it out later by a campfire. When he put it on his gloved hand (it fit surprisingly well even though his hand was clothed) and he tried to polish it with his thumb, it came to life, put a blue puff of smoke and it took a form of a Genie. What wishes could a Ranger have in this Wasteland and would Genie fulfill them the way he wanted? Who knows.

Fallout dealt with aliens and more recently with ancient civilizations and some obscure and fantasy stuff and I decided this idea was good to be realized. Especially since It's a very personal picture I worked on for so long in breaks between my regular comissions.

I tried my best here to give the Genie an ethereal appearance and for her to bathe the picture in her own glow. Blue is such a underused color when it comes to Fallout.
