Once a mere Elemental Plane Folk of the Lightning, he was a Neon Elemental, an elemental who’s stylized into a stereotypical punk, with glowing red-orange accents. He was so rude that one of the elementals banished him into the depths of the Another Dimension, as an act of punishment. After the Elemental Wars of Another Dimension, he has been changed a lot, learning from his mistakes he has commit. Now, his act of honor led him to bring an impact on every elementals’ society, with a new upgrade for himself, he’s all powered up with fuse boxes. Nothing beats an elemental like a circuit breaker. Nothing scares the circuit hell out of blackout.
