"Now, with over 80 chosen targets captured, we should be able to convert them into super fighting robots, Robot Bosses, modified with advanced technologies that are far past their own limits. With everything under control, everything will be up to my CEO, Professor Charon. His undying desire for world domination will not be halt, so long as no other targets chose to betray this whole entire army of Robot Bosses. With that in mind, the external organs being infected by that nanite have been turned to armored plating with titanium and neostellium, so that it could potentially hold further resemblance to a typical super fighting android with an arm cannon or not, and not to resemble that of some metallic mutant that may grow spikes elsewhere. I do not want to see such a poor excuse in further decaying matters. Unfortunately, we will have to deal with what particular target is already a robot, as we may have to remodify it when it is necessary. Now that everything is under check, I should split these deployments into different categories on each days of September. No submissions of fan characters of an existing media, fan game characters and some brain-rotting contents, the likes of Five Nights at Treasure Island, Tubbylands, and Skibidi Toilet, being allowed, or else I will be forced to shred in the submissions into the paper shredder. Uh oh, it seems a nefarious plan is coming to fruition and will be arriving in September. I should be nervous but I'm also excited to see what it will bring! I also like Secretary Scarlet's design she looks dastardly but calm, kind of like Super Paper Mario's Nastasia.

Yup! That's the whole point about the character inspiration for my OC, Secretary Scarlet.

See what I mean? She took further inspiration from, not just Nastasia, but from Pomegranate Cookie. Here are the explanations:
1. Nastasia - Her physical appearance resembles that of Count Bleck's secretary. Unfortunately, Scarlet is not a teacher. If she is, then she'd be pleasing to someone else.
2. Pomegranate Cookie - Her undying loyalty earned her a greater spot for her boss, Prof. Charon, to be a successful person to work in his company. She even sees the truth about this world in one shine from her specs.
3. Mr. X - Her role is similar to Mr. X from Mega Man. Apparently, you definitely found out that Mr. X looked WAY too suspiciously familiar. However, I decided to make a character who can take that role similar to Mr. X, and make it a separate character, much like in the fan game, Mega Man 8-Bit Deathmatch. (Feel free to play this game.)
4. Dawn Bellwether - Also a secretary, she holds prejudice over humanity coexisting with robots alike, so she resorted to do what ever it takes for her to do, via unleashing some Roboticized Characters to fight for her.
5. Terry - Maintaining order is one thing, but any close-quarter combat may put her into a bad spot, but she isn't playing it comedically. Oh no, she's playing it real seriously!
6. The Health Inspector - This character from that one obscure short film from a university has got to be my huge inspiration to create a villain OC who serves as a secretary. And that voice fits extremely well for Secretary Scarlet, which is Stephanie Komure, the voice actress who voiced over Patricia Wagon. (I also headcanoned my OC to be voiced by her, too.)

Oh! I recognize all characters except for Pomegranate Cookie and the health Inspector, though i do know Stephanie Komure from Mighty Switch Force "Checkpoint!" "Yummy!" LOL I loved her.
Anyway, I didn't expect you to already have Nastasia in check as your inspiration i must admit that was so cool and totally unexpected! Would you also say she's comparable to Oleana from PokΓ©mon Sword and Shield? Or maybe Harley from FF4 The After Years?

You know... I have never thought about these two characters that you found out. Now that you mentioned it, she's more than likely Oleana from PokΓ©mon Sword and Shield, as she, too, is a secretary. Perhaps she was previously a researcher and inventor of those robots with independent thoughts when working with her collegemate, Zayden, as she felt the need to better understand everything, until she head off to work. For Harley from FF4: The After Years, sure, Harley is a secretary, but her dislike of war and violence is a case, as humanity will soon be gaining a boost in the future through education and science. Absolutely the opposite of whom Secretary Scarlet is. The final verdict, Secretary Scarlet is, indeed, comparable to Oleana from PokΓ©mon Sword and Shield.
