A robot on wheel that uses its tesla coil as a taser to zap its enemy along the line of sight. Whoever built this thing must have tried to put a halt on a particular certain stick person and human person from trying to stop it. However, it is very easier to defeat, as it doesn't have that much defense, as they are as weak as a mere Blox. (No relations with a Blox.)
